Consideration will be given to qualified nurses and doctors and to students studying nursing / medicine and in those disciplines who are considering a career in neonatology or related transport services, and also to other clinical and support staff who would benefit from front line experience with the Neonatal Transfer Service.

Ride-alongs normally take place for one day, and may be with the elective or emergency team depending on staffing and clinical needs.
